I am Maria Riolo, and I am the founder of niu:viu international.
As a leadership and change coach, I support my clients in their professional and personal sense making and decisions. Coaching is an opportunity to connect multiple areas of my personal and professional trajectory, and to put these experiences at the service of the individuals and teams I work with. At the same time, I enjoy the conversations with my clients, to listen and learn.
Competence. I have 20+ years of experience as leader, generalist Human Resources director, in talent development and culture change. I partnered with executive boards, country directors and functional heads, to develop and deliver the people agenda, with focus on talent, learning and organizational transformation.
Credibility. The various international roles I held, in particular in Europe and in the Asia-Pacific region, shaped my approach to human relations, leadership and coaching. My aspiration is to connect, integrate, and collaborate.
Customer Focus. I offer coaching to individuals and teams who see themselves at transformational crossroads; business and HR leaders who aim to enhance their leadership effectiveness, in career transitions, in leading teams and organizations, in collaborating across cultures, in driving transformation and dealing with the uncertainties that come with it. Meaningful conversations on sense making and decisions.
My main working languages are German and English, and I also enjoy having conversations in Spanish, French, and Italian. My most basic language knowledge relates to Portuguese and Mandarin.
